Travel Policy

I am happy to provide photography at the client's choice of location(s). Clients are responsible for covering travel expenses to any location in excess of one hundred round-trip miles of my base in Eastern Cincinnati. Mileage beyond that is charged to the client at the standard business travel rate current with the United States Internal Revenue Service. For considerably long-distance destinations, the client may also be obliged to cover airfare, hotel accommodations and provisions. Exact travel charges will be discussed and finalized with the client at the time the session or event is contracted and will be added to the total balance.
